Used for continuous measuring and monitoring for the change of thickness, outer diameter, eccentricity and out-of-roundness in the whole production process of pipes, therefore, the quality risks can be completely eliminated in production.

After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a scanning box(Online Thickness Measurement System) to measure the thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects using ultrasound.
