Based on loss-in-weight principle, the GD series screw side feeder can be dynamically adjusted based on setting value of dosing to ensure high precision. It can work for production line separately or integrated with other auxiliary equipment such as Gravimetric Dosing Control System or Gravimetric Batch Blender, for purpose of control complex formula dosing plan.

The UK National Standards Body, BSI, has announced the launch of a new project to create the first specification to help prevent plastic pellet pollution.
The new project is expected to publish in July 2021 and many preliminary work has already stated. Now it's mostly called 'Publicly Available Specification 510', aiming at providing an important tool for companies to demonstrate good practice in pellet loss prevention measures across the supply chain.
The whole plan is being designed for full supply chain organisations involved in using, processing, handling, storing or transport of plastic pellets, flakes and powders. It will establish brand new rules to aovid the leakage of plastic materials such as pellets, flakes and powders, collectively referred to as pellets, into the environment and demonstrate procedures for continual improvement.
