PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION
Multi-layer Pipe Thickness Measuring Equipment System is based on an ultrasound scan system to monitor plastic pipe production. The operator only needs to check data from the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) which controls Ultrasonic Gauge Thickness Meter machine, it will display the data of wall thickness, outside diameter, concentricity which are acquired by the high sensitivity probes. Full automation online QC work with higher efficiency and accuracy.
