The Thickness measuring system for plastic pipes extruder is installed on the production line to monitor and record pipe thickness data in real-time. PRODUCT PRINCIPLE
The measurement system is formed by hardware components including scanning box, DSP signal processor and industrial personal computer(IPC),like the following figure:

Working principle
Ultrasonic probes transmit waves and capture echo signals on the surface of each single layer, wall thickness of each layer will be calculated by the echo-time-system. |
