How to check pipe thickness?
The scanning box of wall thickness measurement equipment system is equipped withultrasonic measuring probe inside and has a probe cooling and purging device.Theultrasonic probes convert DSP signalprocessing pulse incentive energy intoultrasonic wave and send it out,thenconvert echo small signal into weak electricity signal and send it back to the DSP signal processor. then, the DSPprocessoranalysis the signal date to measure thickness and transmit date to HMI (human-machine interface).
