WalthMac gravimetric pipe thickness control system is mainly consist of gravimetric feeder installed on discharge port oof extruder,screw speed accquisition unit and linear speedd acquisition unit installed on tractor.It can real-time monitor the running status of extruder and tractor in plastic production lines. The system will adjust the screw speed and haul off speed in real-time cased on its adaptive algorithm, so as to realize automatically control of the pipe wall thickness.
