(1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance;

(2) There are no rotating parts, no lubrication, no motor and reducer, and the running cost is low;

(3) Because the feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical vibration, the double mass works in a low critical near resonance state, so it consumes less power;

(4) For the electromagnetic vibrating feeder controlled by the half-wave rectifier circuit of the thyristor, the feeding amount can be conveniently adjusted steplessly by adjusting the opening angle of the thyristor, and the centralized control and automatic control of the production process can be realized;

(5) During the feeding process, the material is continuously thrown up in the feed trough and jumps forward according to the parabolic trajectory, so the wear of the feed trough is small.

The disadvantage of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is that the adjustment after installation is more complicated, the debugging is not good, not only the noise, but also the operation is not good.

The electromagnetic vibrating feeder can transport all kinds of loose granular and powder materials, as well as bulk materials with a particle size of 500mm. For powdery materials, a sealed feeding method can be adopted. The feeder is not suitable for conveying viscous and damp materials, and is not suitable for conveying hot materials above 300 ℃ and occasions with explosion-proof requirements.
