The vibrating feeder uses the rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to generate a centrifugal force, so that the movable parts such as the screen box and the vibrator are forced to perform a continuous circular or approximate circular motion. The materials are continuously thrown with the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and the materials are continuously and evenly sent to the receiving port.
When the bottom plate and the material move forward, the material in the material bin fills the space in the body. When the bottom plate moves backwards, the materials on the bottom plate cannot return and be blocked to be discharged, so as to realize feeding. The feeding amount can be adjusted by changing the amplitude, frequency and height of the bottom plate movement. The feeding amount is generally within 40 tons/hour. This type of feeder is suitable for small and medium-sized materials, mainly in two types: trough and swing. The bottom plate of the trough feeder is flat and reciprocates during work. The bottom plate of the pendulum feeder is curved, hinged on the machine body, and the bottom plate swings during work.
