Working principle of diameter detection

The laser diameter detector consists of two parts: transmitter 1 and receiver 2. The light of the laser light emitting diode 3 passes through the optical system 4 to form a light curtain. The shadow image of the measured object 5 is finally formed on the linear CCD array 7 through the telescope system 6. The signal processor 9 calculates its size. The laser scanning diameter detector is connected to the computer through a line, and can be displayed on the computer display screen through the development software corresponding to it, and the tester can control the laser scanner through the data reflected by the computer software.
