The Plastic material Gravimetric Online Dosing System adopt embedded real-time control system and equipped with a high precision weighing module.
The system continuously measures the material consumption of the extruder and collects the screw speed of the extrusion production line and the speed of the tractor in real time to form a closed-loop control system.
After the meter weight/extrusion output set, according to the set value, the system will adjust the screw speed and haul off speed in real time based on its adaptive algorithm, so as to achieve the real-time control of the pipe wall thickness.
