Machine performance of feeder

The configuration design should reduce the pressure of the material on the tank as much as possible. According to the requirements of the manufacturer, the effective discharge of the warehouse material should not be greater than a quarter of the tank width, and the flow rate of the material should be controlled at 6-18m/min. For larger materials, a block board with sufficient height should be set at the discharge place at the bottom of the silo; in order not to affect the performance of the feeder, the block board should not be fixed on the tank body. In order to enable the silo to be discharged smoothly, the inclination of the rear wall of the silo is preferably designed to be 55-65 degrees.
