(3) Discharge equipment: Discharge material can be weighing equipment (decrease method) or discharge equipment (incremental method, zero method). It usually consists of an emptying valve, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder, a screw feeder, an electric (pneumatic) valve, etc. All equipment should be designed and selected according to the process conditions on site and the nature of materials.
(4) Batching control system: The batching control system is composed of weighing instruments, a programmable controller, a host computer, and other control devices.
(5) Calibration system: The sensors of the batching system should be regularly adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the system.
