Reason analysis and solution for the slow feeding speed of vacuum feeder

The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Every time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blows back the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to ensure the normal operation of the suction material. Vacuum feeder with material level control, the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment is automatically fed by the material level controller. When the hopper of the receiving equipment exceeds a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops feeding; when the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment. So do you know what is the reason for the slow feeding of the vacuum feeder? There are not many reasons for the slow feed of the vacuum feeder, so any problem can be found in time. Let me analyze it for you.


Is the suction speed of the vacuum feeder slow due to insufficient suction? It is recommended to check the following components inside:


1. The air compression should be maintained at 0.4-0.6mpa. Insufficient pressure in the compressed air circuit will result in insufficient blowback range, resulting in the inability to clean the dust on the surface of the filter device, thereby affecting the suction rate of the vacuum feeder;


2. The pipe connection needs to be tightened, and the joints of the pipes should be tightened with hose clamps to avoid steam leakage and damage the vacuum value;


3. Is the bucket ring installed? Loosen the pipe hoop in time, and check whether the bucket ring is completely put into the S side. If there is any damage, it must be replaced immediately to prevent steam leakage from harming the high efficiency of material absorption;


4. Whether the door panel can be closed tightly. The vacuum pump can only be generated when the door panel is completely closed. If there is any material sticking to the loading door panel, it needs to be cleaned up immediately;


5. Whether the filter device is blocked or not, it is necessary to regularly remove the residual materials of the filter device. If it is damaged or cannot be removed, it must be replaced immediately.


The vacuum feeder generates a negative pressure cyclone under the vacuum pump. Under the function of this type of cyclone, the transported material is instantly transferred to another container through the plastic hose or pipe for suction. Since the material is always in a vacuum state during the transportation process, even if there is a pipeline leak, the material will not leak into the surrounding environment.


The vacuum feeder cannot pump material, and the suction is weak. Maintenance steps:


1. Pipeline inspection: The pipeline problem with low suction is caused by the pipeline damage caused by electric welding or the material pipe is blocked by block materials. The problem mainly occurs at the inlet and outlet of the vacuum feeder and the connection between the pipeline place.


2. Filtration device inspection: Check whether the filter element of the vacuum feeder is blocked. The filter element is a consumable product. During the application process, the diameter will be gradually blocked with the service life. It is found that there are common faults here. It should be disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned for 30 minutes or replaced directly. Manually check whether the blowback system is faulty. The blowback system is mainly responsible for cleaning the filter element. If there is a fault here, the service life of the filter element will be greatly affected. If the fault occurs here, the blowback valve should be replaced. .


3. Air pressure size inspection: All vacuum feeders use pneumatic operation to check whether the air pressure of the vacuum feeder equipment is sufficient to 0.5MPA.


4. Gate valve sealing inspection: After long-term use, check whether the sealing of each gate valve of the vacuum feeder meets the requirements and check whether the sealing ring of the gate valve is worn out. The sealing problem of the gate valve will cause the vacuum value of the vacuum feeder to be damaged, resulting in the problem of not being able to pump the material, and more attention should be paid to regular maintenance in various harsh environments.
